1. Pre - Proposal Stage:

On discussion with the Client, finding their Need & financial goal, arriving at the right Insurance plan. Data collection, KYC documents, other relevant documents, all these related to the proposal.

2. During Proposal Stage:

helping the client to get the proposal forms filled up with relevant details, fact finding, based on their profession, risk category, relevant annexure & documentation - financial & other relevant, advisor's confidential report, organize the pre health check, as & where necessary, etc !

3. During the Process Stage:

follow up with the Insurer, if the proposal is in format, if additional info / documents required, exchanges of messages between the client and the Insurer, on the status of the proposal through all possible modes, and updates.

4. Post Issuance of the Policy:

To ascertain the receipt of the policy, to guide the client on the clauses of the policy, to check if it's intact, to keep informed of the client on free-look period, corrections if required if any, and to advice the client on the importance of the policy Bond & preserving the same.

5. During the Policy Period:

During the policy period, there could be some services required from time to time. May be premium payment or related to it like Mode change, some alterations in change of address, proper communications with insurer & the client, loan requirement & procedures etc. If ULIPS, switching of funds, NAV, status update, guiding the policy holder on market info, etc. We give below the list of formats available with kotak Life insurance.

6. During Claims:

If it is policy completed in all respects and if due for maturity, helping the client to get the matured amount smoothly, without any problems, in processing the documents related to them! If it a death Claim, or Claim on riders like critical illness benefit or waiver of premium etc, the advisor need to co-ordinate between both ends efficiently & swiftly!

7. Post Claim Settlement:

As a financial planner, we advice you, based on your needs as how to do & what to do, on receipt of the Money! So a role of the Kotak Life Advisor / agent is very crucial. We believe, we, will provide our customers, a top class, and financial service.
